The average temperature in Dallas in October for a typical day ranges from a high of 81°F (27°C) to a low of 57°F (14°C). Some would describe it as pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze.
Do pack a few pairs of shorts and at least one pair of pants in case it gets chilly in the evenings. Bring a light jacket and sweater to wear at night, and don't forget to pack comfy walking shoes. Packing a rain jacket or umbrella and water-resistant shoes is also a good idea, as October gets its fair share of rain.
As a reminder to delegates, the meeting rooms are generally cool, and you will want to keep that in mind for packing.
